Trev & Simon

For almost a decade Trevor Neal and Simon Hickson dominated Saturday morning TV with their unique brand of double-act comedy on BBC One's Going Live! and Live & Kicking; alongside Phillip Schofield, Zoe Ball, Emma Forbes and Andi Peters, with the shows reaching an audience of over 25 million each season.

In a ten-year period they wrote and performed over 20 minutes of live comedy each week for 30 weeks of the year, with big name celebrities joining their mad and unpredictable world, appearing alongside them in specially written sketches and silly games. Amongst their multitude of character creations many became legendary such as Don & Dougie Draper, The Dry Cleaners (We Don’t Do Duvets); Ken & Eddie Kennedy, the Barbers (We Don’t Do Perms) and Don Singing and Bob Corner, aka the Singing Corner (Swing Your Pants).  They welcomed a host of stars into their world, amongst them Dame Judi Dench, Jason Donovan, Sting, Tom Jones, Mel Brooks, Cher, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Mike Myers, Paul Simon, Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, French and Saunders, Richard Branson, Pet Shop Boys, Vic Reeves, Meatloaf, and Postman Pat!  Since then they continue to work both together and separately.

They have appeared three times as Pointless Celebrities for BBC TV - twice winning the jackpot! - and most recently as representatives of the Celebrity strand on the special Pointless edition celebrating their 1000th episode.
